In 2025, our founder spent four months searching for a safe apartment in Lagos. He faced "inspection fees" for houses that didn't exist, "legal fees" for documents that were never signed, and the constant fear of being defrauded.
The breaking point came when a veteran agent told him: "If we make it too easy for you to find a house, you won't value the hustle."
